1 whole orange (cut into quarters or eighths) and if you want a more orangey taste add some extra orange peel180gr of butter melted
3 eggs
1 cup of castor sugar
1 1/2 cups self raising flour
Whizz all ingredients in food processor and pour into a greased ring tin.
Bake at 180 degrees C for 40-45 mins.
I iced with lemon/cream cheese icing.
I guess you could use lemons instead of an orange too.
Couldn't be easier, and is so yummy and summery.
